Whether you're a ₹40 crore SME issuer or a ₹2,000 crore Mainboard candidate, the path to a successful listing demands the same disciplines applied at very different scales. We've built the capability for both — and the judgement to know what each one requires.
Mainboard listings.
A Mainboard IPO on NSE or BSE is a fully book-built offering subject to the complete weight of SEBI's ICDR Regulations — minimum net tangible assets, profitability track record, minimum offer size and rigorous disclosure standards. We advise on issue structuring, the fresh-issue versus offer-for-sale mix, anchor investor strategy, price band determination and the roadshow narrative that anchors institutional demand.
Our role is to coordinate the entire ecosystem — merchant bankers, legal counsel, registrars, auditors and the exchanges — so the issuer's interests stay at the centre of every decision through the months of preparation.
SME listings.
The SME platforms — NSE Emerge and BSE SME — are designed for smaller, high-growth issuers with a lighter compliance load but their own distinct disciplines around minimum application size, market-making obligations and migration criteria. This is the single largest segment of our practice.
We help SME issuers determine whether the SME route or a direct Mainboard listing is the better fit, prepare for the higher scrutiny that accompanies smaller floats, and plan the eventual migration to the Mainboard once the company crosses the relevant thresholds.
