Acceptance
By accessing bharatipo.in or any page, form or download on it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Compliance Disclosure, which form part of them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
If you use this website on behalf of a company or firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms.
What this website is
This website describes Bharat IPO's advisory practice and publishes general commentary on capital markets, SEBI regulation and the IPO process. Everything on it is general information addressed to a wide audience.
It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, a solicitation for investment, an offer document, or a substitute for professional advice on your specific circumstances. It does not create an advisor–client relationship. Please read our Disclaimer, which sets this out in full.
How an engagement actually begins
We advise clients only under a written engagement letter that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and the responsibilities of each side. Nothing on this website, and no exploratory conversation, email, WhatsApp exchange or consultation, constitutes an engagement or commits either of us until that letter is signed.
Where the terms of a signed engagement letter differ from these website terms, the engagement letter prevails for that mandate.
Enquiries you send us
When you submit a form or write to us, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or price-sensitive material through the website forms — tell us the outline and we will arrange a secure channel.
We aim to respond to every serious enquiry, but we are not obliged to accept an engagement and may decline without giving reasons, including where a conflict of interest exists.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the site.
- Scrape, harvest, mine or systematically extract content or contact data by automated means without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Use our name, marks or content to imply endorsement, association or a client relationship that does not exist.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, commentary, guides, checklists, frameworks, graphics, photographs, the Bharat IPO name and logo, and the design and arrangement of the site — is owned by or licensed to Bharat IPO and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or internal business use. Any other use — republication, redistribution, adaptation, commercial exploitation or use in training data or automated systems — requires our prior written consent. Where we permit reuse, attribution to Bharat IPO with a link to the source page is required.
Third-party links and content
The site links to third-party resources such as SEBI, the stock exchanges and other public sources. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and accept no responsibility for their accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we give no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site — or any content on it — without notice, and we are not liable if the site is unavailable for any period.
Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bharat IPO, its partners, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising under a signed engagement letter is governed by the limitation of liability agreed in that letter, not by this clause.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Bharat IPO against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your unauthorised use of our content.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, so please review this page periodically.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
How to contact us

Please mark your communication for the attention of the Grievance Officer and include enough detail for us to identify you and the matter concerned.
